1. Our Commitment
We believe that every person should be able to access information and engage with our services regardless of ability or the technology they use to browse the web. Accessibility is not a compliance checkbox for us — it is an ongoing commitment to inclusive design.
We actively work to remove barriers on our website and are committed to continuous improvement as accessibility standards and assistive technologies evolve.
2. Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Our current conformance status:
We are currently at partial conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This means some parts of our website do not fully conform to the accessibility standard, and we are actively working to address known gaps.
3. Technical Specifications
Our website relies on the following technologies for conformance:
- HTML5 with semantic markup
- CSS3 for visual presentation
- JavaScript for interactive components (with graceful degradation)
- ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes where appropriate
Our website has been tested for compatibility with the following assistive technologies and browsers:
- Screen readers: NVDA, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (current versions)
- Zoom and browser text-resize up to 200%
4. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet fully meet accessibility standards. Known limitations include:
- Calendly scheduling widget: The embedded Calendly booking tool is a third-party component. We do not control its accessibility implementation. If you are unable to use the booking widget, please contact us directly at hello@neumediagroup.com to schedule a call.
- Animated elements: Some page animations may present challenges for users with vestibular disorders. We support the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query — users who have enabled reduced motion in their operating system settings will see a simplified, non-animated version of the site. - Third-party embeds: Some embedded content from third-party providers may not fully comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are evaluating alternatives where feasible.
