1. Definitions
Client
"Client" refers to any business or individual that engages NEU Media Group for marketing, lead generation, website development, SEO, automation, or any other services offered through the website or through a direct service agreement.
Account Related Information
"Account Related Information" means contact information and business information about the Client or their representatives, used for onboarding, account management, billing, and delivery of services.
Client Content
"Client Content" means data, materials, assets, copy, branding, or other content provided by the Client to NEU Media Group for use in connection with the delivery of services, as well as any content generated by NEU Media Group on behalf of the Client under an active engagement.
Claims
"Claims" means, collectively, claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, actions, judgments, and expenses including reasonable attorney's fees.
Intellectual Property Rights
"Intellectual Property Rights" means all forms of intellectual property rights and protections, whether now known or hereafter established, including but not limited to patents, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and brand names.
Personal Identifiable Information
